When you either click on the "New Folder Pair..." Toolbar button, or select "New Folder Pair..." from the "File" menu, the Folder Pair Wizard pops up. This wizard guides you through the simple steps of defining a pair of folders as a Folder Pair so that different types of file copy or sync operations could be applied.
For the detailed steps of creating a Folder Pair, refer to Getting Started: Pairing Up Folders and Folder Pair in action: Sync, Backup, and Merge folder.
After you click "Finish", you will be given the option to Run the Folder Pair immediately or open the advanced Folder Pair Window for advanced settings.
"Run Now" button: Run the Folder Pair immediately.
"Run With Options" button: An Run Options dialog box will pop up so you can ad hoc change the behavior of the execution. For details, see Advanced Controls.
"Edit Advanced Options..." button: Launch the Folder Pair Advanced Window to fine tune the advanced operation details of file sync and copy.
