Modern people are more busy than ever. We work hard and we work long hours. It is almost unavoidable to bring some of our works home from our offices. As a personal experience, I would sometime try to use a USB flash drive to bring home the work-in-progress. I spend 10 minutes thinking what files and folders to bring home, and another 5 to copy the files. Nevertheless, when I get back home and started to work, I may still found that I have missed some other files.
You may suggest bringing a laptop back and forth between home and office, sometimes with the power supply and other stuffs. But for those who, like me, prefer to travel light with just a USB flash drive, may use Bamboo File Sync and Backup to live easier.
Here is what I will do. In my office computer, I would right-click the folder that I am working on which contains my files-in-progress.

Just create a new Folder Pair. Select the USB hard disk or USB flash drive to be sync to in the Folder Pair Wizard. Give the Folder Pair a friendly name and you are done.

(Read here to learn how to make Bamboo remember the you USB drive instead of the drive letter)
(Optionally) If I have more than one working folder, I could continue to create multiple Folder Pairs. For the convenience of running them together easily, I could go launch the Bamboo Sync Center to group them as a Batch, and give it a nice name.

Now, when I want to leave my office, I would simply Run the Batch at the notification icon, or inside Bamboo Sync Center. When I am packing to go home, I could chat with my next cubicles about the poker game last night, instead of racking my brain to recall which 20+ xls, doc, and ppt that I modified in the past 8 hours.

I can also Run the Batch entry from Bamboo Sync Center. I could optionally view the details of the Run after it finished to examine the list of changes that has been synced. Or I can just unplug the USB, put it in my bag and go!
At home, I could work directly in my USB flash drive or USB hard drive. I could also install Bamboo in my home machine to sync the files to my home computer in a similar fashion, so that I could have one more copy of my works at home for safety reasons.
