If you find yourself needing to Run a series of Folder Pairs back to back very often, you may find grouping these related Folder Pairs together as a Batch very handy. For example, you can setup independent Folder Pairs to backup your Music folder, your Picture folder, and your Favorite browser links. You can run them separately whenever you wish. But when you want to back them all up to the USB hard drive everyday before you leave office, you can add these Folder Pairs to a Batch and have them run back to back by just a single click to Run the Batch.
You can click the "Add..." button to add a Folder Pair; "Up" or "Down" button to re-arrange the sequence of a select Folder Pair entry; or "Remove" button to remove a selected Folder Pair entry from the Batch. Remember to click "OK" or "Apply" to save the changes you made.
