System Tray / Notification Icon
The Bamboo Notification Icon (a.k.a. System Tray Icon for old school users) provides a convenient entry point for launching the Bamboo Sync Center main window, Run Folder Pairs or Batches, and view Running Folder Pair or Batch status. When an execution of Folder Pair is completed, the Notification Icon will also show notification message to let you know the completion status.
In Windows 7, the Bamboo Notification Icon is hidden by default. You can see the icon by clicking the Show hidden icons arrow button as below:

You can also set the icon to be always shown by clicking “Customize…” the Notification area. It will look like this:

When an execution is completed, it will show notification message as below. Note: The message could be shown no matter the Notification Icon is hidden or not.

To show the Notification Icon Menu, right-click the icon. “Bamboo Sync Center” launch the Bamboo Sync Center main window. “Run” will lunch a list of all Folder Pairs and Batches for you to Run. “Show status” show you the status of all Running and Paused executions.

Choose “Run” from the Notification Icon Menu will lunch a list of all Folder Pairs and Batches as shown below. Select a Folder Pair or Batch and click the Run (or Run with option…) button to Run start the Run.
